Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Development Engineer to support the design, improvement, and evaluation of industrial safety and fall protection products. This role works closely with sales, sourcing, and quality teams to develop practical products that meet customer requirements and applicable safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Support product design, development, and continuous improvement.

Review product specifications, drawings, materials, and component selections.

Coordinate prototype development and product evaluation activities.

Assist with technical documentation and product data management.

Work with suppliers to assess product feasibility and manufacturing quality.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline.

Understanding of product design, materials, or manufacturing processes.

Ability to read technical drawings and prepare clear documentation.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Experience with industrial equipment or personal protective equipment is an advantage.
